Ok, i wanna give some tips and trick to increase pagerank in one month.

This morning, after I got job to make S3 paper from the neighbors, another neighbors ask me to made the abstract. I think that is not a problem, that’s the opportunity. I think we should take.

I calculate that’s as part of learning the English language. Assuming it is learned paid review. Yes, this incompetent business bias, I also called the paid review.

Today more tidy start blogs and incorporate them in a bookmark, so do not forget to update and done. I'm very happy because this job to get some reviews, one for the job for mybloglove and one job for hendigo. I can imagine before, actually hendigo is still a new blog.

MyBlogLove is nice blog. Have Pagerank 3 make MyBlogLove lovely for advertisers. Thats nice. Because i need alot of money to run my bussiness. And hendigo.com is my blog i make specially to make product review, but its just start for two week.

Meningkatkan Pagerank dapat dilakukan dengan cara menambahkan link balik dari blog lain. Hal ini akan lebih efektif jika dilakukan dari blog yang setopik dan memiliki pagerank yang tinggi tentunya.

Sayangnya terkadang tidak semudah itu untuk mendapatkan backlink dari blogger yang lain. Ada juga cara mudah untuk mendapatkan link balik dari blog yang lain, yaitu :

Berikan saja linkbalik dari blog anda sendiri. :)

Contohnya adalah :
Ketika saya memberikan link ke blog yang membahas mengenai gadget dan teknologi komunikasi terbaru, sebaiknya saya tidak hanya memberikan link dengan kata 'disini', atau 'blog ini' dll. Tapi berikanlah link balik yang baik dengan kualitas yang baik pula. Yaitu dengan cara mencantumkannya secara alamiah.

Anda sendiri tentu lebih enak melihatnya, ketimbang tulisan disini dan disini, yang belum tentu diketahui oleh pembaca. Sebutkan saja bahwa ketika saya membaca perkembangan terbaru dunia gadget, saya menemukan blog yang mengupasnya dengan lengkap.

Nah, saya baru saja membuat satu backlink :)

Ok, untuk blog yang lain, saya buatkan juga. Karena ini hanya posting kebut semalam dan tidak ada tendensi memberikan tips apapun jadi mohon dimaklumi. Karena konstalasi politik kita memang sedang carut-marut. Caleg-caleg indonesia yang maju ke pencalonan menjadi anggota legislatif belum tentu memiliki kapabilitas yang memadai.

'Content itu raja' itu kata banyak orang, kata banyak blogger sih... tapi blogger juga kan manusia :). Saya percaya itu, hanya saja saya tidak tahu apakah raja lebih tepat, karena saya percaya bahwa ada yang lebih menarik daripada raja yaitu permaisuri...

Maksudnya?
Konten yang baik dapat menjadi pemikat, yang bahkan dapat membius dan mendorong suatu tindakan. dalam film janggeum (entah bagaimana menuliskannya). Itu loh yang film korea si pembantu istana yang jago masak dan memuat resep obat. Kita bisa melihat bahwa perempuan yang memiliki kekuatan dan daya tarik lebih cocok dianalogikan sebagai konten yang baik daripada raja.

Dalam film itu misalnya Ibu Suri memiliki kekuatan yang sangat besar, bahkan bisa mempengaruhi pandangan dan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh raja. ya, itulah kiranya kenapa saya lebih suka menyebut konten itu permaisuri :)

kalau ada teman-teman yang sering liburan ke Bandung saat week end pasti tau Gasibu. Tempat yang penuh sesat oleh warga yang ingin belanja mencari barang-barang murah. Ya, namanya juga cari duit dimana aja asal halal ya nggak?

Belajar Cara Edit File di Fantastico

Mentang-mentang baru saja menyewa blog berbayar. Sekarang saya jadi sok sibuk. Jika dulu saat memulai ngeblog di Blogspot saya sibuk utak-utik template, sekarang, ya tidak jauh beda. Mata ini rasanya hampir mau katarak gara-gara nongkrong kelamaan didepan komputer - kayak kata Rama yang komen disini.

Kalau teman-teman menyewa hosting dari Rumah web, disana ada fasilitas Fantastico yang memudahkan kita untuk mendownload CMS atau fasilitas yang memudahkan kita untuk ngeblog. Masalahnya, hasil downloadan tersebut harus dirubah dulu change permission nya baru dapat di edit.

Nah, artinya ada sekian banyak file yang harus dirubah formatnya dari 644 atau 755 ke 666 atau 777, baru bisa di edit. Wah lelah juga mata.

Sorry gambarnya jelek, buru-buru... :) yang ditunjuk oleh tanda panah tersebut adalah change permission yang secara default mernilai 755 atau 644 seperti gambar dibawah ini...

Jika kotak kosong diatas angka 5 di centang, maka akan jadi seperti ini...

Nah, ini berlaku untuk semua program yang diinstall atau template yang ingin diedit di fantastico. Mungkin menurut yang ngerti edit2 hal seperti ini adalah masalah sepele. Tapi bagi saya yang newbie ini sangat merepotkan. Makanya saya kasih tahu ke teman-teman.

Hehe :) berasa sengsara sekali upload file tapi kok tidak bisa diedit. ternyata caranya seperti itu. Ok, saya tidak yakin ini berguna, ya tapi siapa tahu ini berguna bagi anda yang berniat membuat blog bisnis, saya juga sedang belajar, hasilnya belum maksimal, tapi ya lumayan... lihat saja disini. Siapa tahu bisa jadi bahan pelajaran.

Akhirnya Punya Blog Juga

Selamat... Akhirnya kesampaian juga punya rumah sendiri di dunia maya.

Lah, bukannya selama ini juga saya punya blog? Bukan, maksunya punya blog sendiri (bukan lagi ngekos). Kalau blog ini saya gunakan untuk nulis tips ngeblog awalnya, sekarang berubah jadi blog berisi ide-ide bisnis kreatif. Isinya seperti dijelaskan disini, membahas pengalaman dan ide bisnis yang saya jalani.

Sementara, blog berbayar yang baru saja saya pesan dengan alamat http://blogicthink.com akan saya gunakan untuk menulis tips ngeblog secara lebih fokus dan serius. Saya benar-benar bersyukur blog tersebut bisa terealisasi. Setelah keliling-keliling jualan batik pekalongan, akhirnya jadi juga.

4 Maret 2005 : Indonesia seakan mau perang dengan malaysia. Perang urat sarap dilakukan sampai pemerintah jadi sarap. Rakyat bingung. Sedang lapar gara-gara sembako naik kok malah diajak perang. 'Ganyang-Ganyang Malaysia!' berkumandang dimana-mana. Rakyat diajak jadi nasionalis. Padahal pemerintahnya tidak nasionalis. Menginjak nasib rakyat sendiri.

1 Oktober 2005 : Harga BBM dinaikkan
2 Oktober 2005 : Bali meledak. Rakyat terbelah. Ini soal bela agama yang katanya berjihad melawan maksiat di Bali. Dengan mereka yang masih kesal pada kenaikan BBM. Larangan terbang, ancaman negara luar, tidak stabilnya ekonomi berhasil membuat para supir angkot minta kenaikan tarif, dan bukannya menolak BBM naik.

24 Mei 2008 : BBM naik. Saya menangis. Kuliah harus disambi dengan kerja. Orang tua mengeluh. Porsi makannya berkurang. Ayam jadi telur, telur jadi tahu, tahu jadi indomi beramai-ramai. Dalam do'a saya laknati sepenuh hati. Sekuat tenaga. Saya sumpahi pemerintah agar dibalas Tuhan sengan kepedihan yang lebih dalam,

Dia yang menyarankan rakyat untuk hemat energi bahkan tidak tau bahwa lampu gantung kristal di istananya tidak worth it untuk menyala saat pengumuman itu dibacakan. di saat seperti itu... Ya Tuhan... Astaghfirullah...

1 Juni 2008 : Penguasa Surga dan Neraka, mereka para Pejuang Islam, menyerang Ahmadiyah yang katanya sesat dan rakyat kembali bingung. Ahmadiyah yang tidak ada setai kuku bangsa ini, harus jadi ancaman negara.

Seakan-akan yang punya aurat itu cuma mereka. Bangsa ini juga punya aurat. Yang kemarahan, rasa malu, ketercekikan adalah bukti ketersingkapannya. Kenapa tidak turun aksi waktu BBM naik bung jagoan?

Anda tertarik dengan blog? tertarik untuk nge-blog? saya sarankan jangan memulai. Bagi anda yang sudah terlanjur nge-blog, malah sudah menjadi blogging addict, berhentilah sekarang juga! Anda bingung bagaimana caranya? Baiklah, berikut ini saya berikan anda 10 Alasan untuk menguatkan tekat berhenti nge-blog.

1. Nge-blog itu buang-buang waktu

Bayangkan saja, anda seharusnya bisa menghabiskan waktu untuk menikmati hari-hari dengan tidur, jalan-jalan tanpa tujuan, ngegosip di mall. Sayang kan kegiatan itu harus ditinggalkan untuk menulis. Buat apa sih menulis? Sudahlah nikmati saja tulisan orang lain, terutama tulisan-tulisan produktif dari orang asing. Kita ini kan tidak pintar menulis. Buat apa buang-buang waktu menulis blog dan mencari topik yang paling kita senangi dan mencari cara agar tulisan kita dibaca orang lain?

2. Nge-blog itu merugikan

Kalau kita menulis sesuatu yang berguna, ilmu kita kan bisa dicuri orang. Bisa-bisa kita menjadi inspirasi bagi orang lain. Memangnya anda mau pemikiran anda menjadi jalan bagi kebaikan orang lain? Jadi blogger itu sama saja capek-capek membantu orang lain, memberikan warna yang baru bagi dunia. Anda terus menerus mengeksplor kemampuan diri anda untuk berbagi dengan sesama. Memangnya anda tidak merasa rugi?

3. Nge-blog itu pengecut

Nge-blog itu pengecut. Lihat saja kata-kata pakar IT Indonesia, BLOGGER ITU PENGECUT! buat apa jadi blogger. Blogger itu sukanya ngomong seenaknya apa yang ada didalam hati dan fikirannya. Tidak menyembunyikan sesuatu karena khawatir posisi, khawatir konflik, blogger itu menumpahkan daya kritisnya di blog yang dibaca banyak orang. Kan bisa-bisa semua orang sadar kalau ada kondisi yang tidak ideal. Blogger itu bisanya menebar daya kritis dan semangat perbaikan yang tidak habis-habisnya, makanya dia disebut pengecut. Apa anda mau disebut pengecut?

4. Nge-blog itu kurang kerjaan

Blogger itu suka blogwalking. Jalan-jalan menebar komentar, salam kenal, joke garing, dan sapaan SKSD (sok kenal sok dekat). Blogger itu pekerjaan yang sangat gemar menebar salam dan silaturahmi. Padahal belum tentu kan itu semua jadi duit. Memangnya gampang nyari duit? kok malah dihabiskan untuk koneksi internet untuk saling sapa dan berkenalan. Selain itu Ahmad Dhani saja bilang Blogger itu tukang tipu dan kurang kerjaan. Apa anda tidak takut dengan Ahmad Dhani?

Lihat saja M Dian Apriyanto yang keras kepala menolak kenaikan BBM, belum lagi blogger sok tau yang ngompor-ngomporin para blogger. Kita ini kan negara kapitalis. Kalau miskin ya salah sendiri. Mending kaya Aburizal Bakri, yang kekayaannya segunung. Jangan kaya Mas Kopdang yang sinis.

7. Nge-blog itu gombal

Blogger itu sudah sepuh dan matanya plus masih saja gombal. Buat kamu yang tidak senang dengan makhluk gombal, berarti kamu tidak dapat menjadi blogger dan jauhilah blogger. Bayangkan yang namanya blogger itu sudah sepuh saja masih suka angin-anginan.

8. Nge-blog itu bikin sombong

Anda tidak percaya? lihat disini. Sekarang anda pasti percaya.

9. Nge-blog itu suka bikin macet

Jelas saja, mereka kan suka ngadu traffic wajarlah kalau terjadi kemacetan. Mereka balapan ramai-ramai rebutan pengunjung ke blog masing-masing. Balapan terindeks diperingkat awal seach engine (search engine optimizer). Wajarlah kalau terjadi traffic, orang trafficnya diadu-adu.

10. Nge-blog itu cuma jualan koran

Anda tidak percaya? benar-benar tidak percaya? Sudahlah stop saja keinginan untuk jadi blogger, apalagi yang sudah terlanjur jadi, buru-burulah bertaubat... Anda tidak akan jadi apa-apa. Paling-paling juga anda jualan koran saja. Ini serius Pal, Bu, saudara-saudari... Siapa artis yang menurut anda paling Menarik? Luna Maya, Cut Tary, Bunga Citra Lestari, Nadine Chandrawinata, Mulan Kwok, Catherine Wilson atau artis yang lain?

Sebagai Blogger anda pasti ingin menjadi blogger yang menarik, tapi bagaimana caranya?

1. Jadilah tertarik untuk JADI Menarik

Ini alamiah. Anda harus tertarik terhadap sesuatu untuk dapat menarik orang lain pada hal yang amda inginkan. Bagaimana mungkin anda mengajak seseorang pada apa yang tidak anda sukai? Ya, jawabannya tidak mungkin. Kalaupun mungkin itu akan sangat SULIT.

Ini menjadi kunci pertama nge-blog, ngebloglah tentang apa yang anda sukai. Dengan cara itu anda akan menulis sepenuh hati dan mencurahkan perhatian anda, bahkan jika itu sulit sekalipun.

2. Mintalah perhatian

Tidak dapat kita pungkiri, para artis berdandan untuk menarik perhatian. Kitapun begitu. Sebagian orang mencari perhatian dengan menjadi yang terbaik, sebagian lainnya menjadi yang terheboh, terkurusm tergemuk, terseksi, terbawel.

Ada juga yang meminta perhatian dengan cara menjadi kontroversi. Ini boleh saja dilakukan. Tapi anda harus menanggung resikonya, tentu saja semua punya resiko. Sebagian lebih senang secara jujur meminta perhatian dan penilaian. Ini yang paling safety.

3. Jalan-jalan dengan baju baru

Baju baru punya bau yang berbeda. 'Bau toko lo!' begitu komentar teman saya ketika saya memakai batik pekalongan saya yang baru. Ya, baju baru punya aroma, warna dan daya tarik yang berbeda. Maksudnya apa?

Jalan-jalan di jagad blog dan beritahu orang bahwa anda memiliki tulisan baru. berikut ini cara yang biasa saya gunakan :

masuk ke blog yang ramai pengunjungnya.
beri komentar yang relevan dengan posting tulisan yang ada.
dalam mengisi kolom 'website :' isilah dengan 'nama anda di jagad blog | judul posting terbaru anda'

Dengan cara tersebut anda dapat menarik perhatian pemilik blog sekaligus pembaca blog mereka. Tapi ingat berikan komentar yang relevan untuk memastikan bahwa anda juga memberi perhatian. Akan lebih efektif jika anda melakukannya di blog yang memiliki topik yang sama.

4. Cek penampilan anda

Kunjungilah blog anda dan posisikan diri sebagai pengunjung. Ya, berpura-puralah, dan tanya dengan jujur pada diri anda 'apakah saya harus meneruskan melihat-lihat blog ini atau meninggalkannya?' dan jawab pula dengan jujur.

ini adalah langkah evaluatif. Jangan lupakan jerawat di hidung anda. Lihatlah, tampilan blog anda. Jika ada yang mengganggu pandangan mata anda, buang jauh-jauh. Salah ketik, salah gambar, OOT (out of topic) dan sangat lambat loading adalah hal yang mengganggu. Pastikan anda tidak memilikinya.

Kebiasaan yang tidak dapat saya hilangkan setiap malam minggu adalah jalan-jalan ke dago dan pulang jalan kaki ke kosan. Sebenarnya saya bukan orang yang senang atau rajin bergaul. Malah sebagian teman bilang saya ati sosial. Sebenarnya tidak separah itu...

Baca seth godin

Agenda rutin adalah main ke Gramedia. Salah satu alasan saya pulang jalan kaki selain irit juga bisa melihat apa yang terjadi di jalan Dago di malam hari. Sementara agenda sebelumnya adalah baca buku Seth Godin yang harganya kurang lebih 70ribu. Lumayan, saya langganan newsletternya tapi hanya dibaca sekali-sekali. Maklumlah, bahasa inggris adalah kelemahanku.

Malam itu uang

Bagi dago malam itu uang. Bagaimana tidak, ratusan atau bahkan mungkin ribuan orang jalan-jalan di Dago. Coba anda bayangkan, jika beberapa anak mahasiswa yang jalan-jalan dan mengamen dipinggir jalan (lebih seringnya sih ditengah jalan) dan nyanyi dengan irama tak beraturan saja dapat menghasilkan uang, apalagi jika kita punya ide bisnis yang lebih real.

19 derajat Celcius

Malam itu dago dingin. Walaupun itu tak berarti apa2 bagi mereka yang nongkrong di Dago. Ada food court baru yang dibuka di Dago. Saya lupa namanya. Disana disajikan banyak jajanan, layaknya pujasera dengan penyanyi dangdut bergaya dan melatunkan lagu di panggung pendek ditengahnya. Dangdut juga coba eksis di Dago.

Jalan itu sehat

Bagi saya jalan pulang ke kosan, di jalan puyuh dalam belakang Telkom adalah pilihan tepat. Jalan itu sehat. Saya merasakan, cita-cita dan harapan selalu bisa bertahan dengan jalan-jalan di Dago. Pasalnya, saya percaya, nasib saya mungkin tidak sebagus mereka yang bisa jajan di Dago. Tapi saya bukan juga terlalu pelit. Hanya saja tidak terlalu senang menghabiskan waktu dan uang untuk duduk2 di pinggir jalan. Tapi saya hargai hobi setiap orang :)

Plat B tumpah ruah

Laporan terakhir adalah banyaknya mobil dengan plat no. B di jalan Dago. Memang bukan hanya di jalan Dago. Lembang, ciburial, Setiabudhi dan masih banyak tempat nongkrong lainnya yang dipenuhi oleh mobil plat B. Beruntung pertandingan APersib tidak diadakan di malam minggu. Maklum bobotoh sensitif pada orang Jakarta. Musuh bebuyutan the Jack namanya juga.

Apakah anda membosankan? Pastinya kita ingin menjawab pertanyaan itu keras-keras dengan jawaban TIDAK!

Berikut adalah parameter sebuah blog membosankan:

1. Ditinggalkan pengunjung.

Anda bukan orang yang membosankan jika pengunjung blog anda terus meningkat walaupun sedikit peningkatannya. Yang saya maksud membosankan adalah traffic blog anda mulai menurun. Hal tersebut adalah gejala awal blog anda kehilangan pembaca. Kita harus mengecekk blog kita, apakah semua fasilitas berjalan baik, apakah pengunjung tidak merengut karena blog anda terlalu lama loading.

2. Perbandingan page view dengan visitor

Kalau parameternya ini bisa jadi blog saya bikin borring pengunjung. Karena memang perbandingannya sangat kecil. Saya sendiri sih tetap optimis, karena usia blog ini masih pendek. bagi anda yang blognya hanya dikunjungi sepintas lalu, kita harus mulai mengevaluasi blog kita. Mungkin blog kita tidak lagi menarik bagi pengunjung.

3. Ugal-ugalan

Bisa jadi blog anda tidak diminati karena anda ugal-ugalan dalam membuat posting blog. Jika anda termasuk orang yang susah bangun pagi dan disiplin. Mulailah membuat suatu cacatan mengenai perjalanan nge-blog anda. Saya mulai menulis jadwal dan perkembangan nge-blog dalam sebuah jurnal nge-blog. Disana saya mencatat setiap perkembangan blog ini. Prinsipnya, mau kebut2an siap-siap ambil resiko masuk bengkel karena mesin cepat rusak.

4. Lupa mencari teman

Jika Mungkin carilah teman sebanyak-banyaknya di social network yang ada. Misalnya MyBlogLog, klik disini untuk menjadi teman saya. Usahakan meng-add friend atau contact sebanyak-banyaknya dan sesering mungkin. Bertegur sapalah. Sebelum anda berusaha menarik perhatian non-blogger visitor, mintalah kepada blogger lain untuk berkunjung ke blog kita. Blog adalah media sosial, saat anda menjadi anti-sosial anda memulai suatu kesalahan fatal.

Jika hal tersebut mulai menjangkiti blog anda, berhati-hatilah...

BBM

Beberapa hari lalu saya ngobrol-ngobrol soal kenaikan harga BBM.
Iseng-iseng, eh malah dapet suatu ide bisnis. Semacam desakan untuk survive di masa krisis. Jujur saja, kalau saya, ya ter,asuk orang yang kalau BBM naik sangat terasa efeknya. Beda dengan blogger lain yang sukses, saya masih minim pengalaman.

Teman saya memberi info bahwa ada sabunn detergen yang dijual murah, Tapi, detergen ini no label. Mungkin kalau harus jualan di supermarket bisa ditewak kacang ijo maksudnya ditangkap aparat. Hehe... Mungkin juga tidak seserius itu. Wong saya beli kok, lalu saya jual lagi. Lumayan Untuk ukuran 450 dan 900 ml harganya bisa 1/3 detergen biasa, ambilah contoh yang ekonomis, daia atau B29. menarik bukan?

Saya berencana menamakan detergen ini detergen BBM, pasarnya adalah warung-warung kecil, loundry (gak tau nulisnya), dan pasar kaget. Ini adalah versi bisnis kecil-kecilannya, jadi sabuk pengaman dari batik pekalongan yang mudah-mudahan berkembang. Sepertinya lumayan, kata BBM sedang kuat dalam ingatan orang.

Jadi kalau saya buat detergen BBM, akan mudah dihapal. Saya tidak akan marah kalau Ibu-ibu bergosip tentang detergenn tersebut. 'Eh Mpok... diwarung bi Unet ada sabun murah lho, sabun BBM...'. Bahkan ketika mereka menyebut deterjen dengan 'sabun' sekalipun :). Nah, ini ada teka-tekinya... Apa itu singkatan BBM? yang bisa jawab saya kunjungi blognya, hwehe... sok artis banget... Eh, Sok tau kaleee...

Distro ke Batik Pekalongan

Hari ini baru saja kembali dari Subang. Selain survey lokasi distro saya juga mengantarkan contoh batik pekalongan yang masih anget baru saja sampai dari pekalongan ke Bandung.

Sewaktu keliling-keliling Subang, saya jadi tahu bahwa ternyata kotanya sangat kecil dan belum sebesar Bandung. Sayapun mengecek 5 distro. Sebenarnya saya tidak mau menyebutnya distro, tapi teman-teman disana menyebutnya begitu jadi ya saya ikut saja.

Ternyata saya berfikir, kalau saya harus menitipkan barang ke tempat yang ramai, barang saya hanya akan menumpuk tidak karuan, dan sama sekali tidak akan dilirik. Kalau harus dititipkan ditempat yang sepi, ya siapa yang mau beli?

Lalu bagaimana?

Saya kemudian punya ide yang saya bisikkan kepada teman saya. 'bagaimana kalau kita bikin distro khusus cewe saja? disampingnya kita buat pangkas rambut bertema musik atau kantin'. Saya lalu menjelaskan kepada dia alasannya :

pertama, distro yang paling besar adalah distro yang sebenarnya memiliki 3 toko. Namun tidak membuat diferensiasi. Dia menggunakan 3 ruko untuk satu toko sekaligus walaupun tersekat, salah satunya adalah barang2 khusus cewe. Seandainya kita bersaing dengannya untuk merebut pasar clothing dijamin kalah, kenapa? wong usahanya mulai modal dengkul alias satu komputer dan duit Rp.500.000. Sementara dia sudah terkenal sebagai distro, lah kita?.

kedua, cewe lebih mudah membeli girl stuff dengan alasan 'ih....lucu' dan sebagainya. Jadi belanjanya lebih stabil ketimbang laki-laki.

ketiga, kita harus membuat alternatif bagi pengunjung yang mengantarkan si cewe (costumers) untuk belanja, misalnya cowoknya.

Di Subang titik-titik keramaian dipisahkan oleh jalan yang lumayan jauh, kotanya tidak seramai Bandung. Sehingga untuk berpergian rata-rata orang menggunakan motor. Jadi kemungkinan cost akan besar dibiaya promosi.

Masalahnya masih ada di modal. Jika pakai tempat teman saya jelas tidak strategis, walaupun untuk produk yang unik ya potensi tetap ada. Kalau mau menggunakan sewa tempat ya biaya masih kurang. Mau dititip saja barang malah tidak prospek.

Satu lagi yang lumayan adalah order batik pekalongan untuk suatu pelantikan organisasi. Dari sana saya mendapatkan peluang baru yaitu yarnen alias bayar panen. Di lembur (desa) orang masih memiliki tradisi bayar panen, maksudnya barang sudah diambil sejak awal dan dibayar sewaktu panen. Kalau panen itu berjangka waktu kira-kira 3 bulan dan maksimal 4 bulan. Maka potensi yarnen cukup besar. karena orang berusaha menikmati hasil panennya dengan membeli baju2 baru.

Masalahnya masih sama. Untuk yang satu ini saya masih berusaha mencari modal, mohon do'anya. Oh ya, buat yang berminat investasi di Batik Pekalongan, jujur saja ini sangan menjanjikan. Anda bisa membukanya di kota-kota besar. Nah, saya sih belum terfikir ke luar kota jauh-jauh, sejauh ini rencana pengembangan baru Cianjur dan Jakarta. Banyak orang frustasi ketika memulai untuk ngeblog. Bagaimana tidak, blog sebagai media social mensyarakatkan terbangunnya sebuah komunitas, dalam hal ini komunitas pembaca.

Suatu bisnis yang dijalankan oleh organisasi atau perorangan yang menggunakan media social (dalam hai ini blog) untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya harus mempunyai suatu parameter. Kita terbiasa mengukur keberhasilan kampanye di media online dengan traffic visitor. Tetapi kita akan tertipu dan kecewa.

Visitor dapat berarti asumsi pengguna internet (user) bahwa blog kita berisi tulisan yang informatif, menghibur dan menginspirasi. Sayangnya kredibilitas, kepercayaan terhadap bisnis, dan tingkat dukungan tidak dapat diukur hanya dengan jumlah visitor. Ingat, blog atau situs porno dapat memiliki visitor melimpah, tapi bukan relasi bisnis untuk melakukan kerjasama strategis.

Ketika memulai

Blog kita mungkin dimulai dengan 10-20 visitor perhari yang membaca 1-2 halaman posting. Lalu meninggalkan komentar seadanya atau tidak sama sekali.

Lebih dari sekedar menulis, nge-blog adalah mendengarkan kebutuhan visitor (atau target visitor). Sudah menjadi rumus klasik, seseorang bergerak untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Kalau mendengarkan suara visitor itu mungkin. Tapi bagaimana dengan mendengarkan calon kebutuhan calon visitor?

Bacalah komentar, bukan hanya posting

Anda mungkin belajar dari orang yang paling mahir dalam bisnis atau topic blog yang anda pilih. Minimal untuk mendapatkan inspirasi. Belajar dari mereka itu baik, tapi juga memiliki kelemahan. Kita belum tentu dapat mempraktikkan pelajaran. Berbicara terlalu tinggi bisa jadi malah menurunkan kredibilitas.

Carilah isu dari komentar posting topik serupa tempat anda belajar. Disana terdapat inspirasi berupa pertanyaan, kritik atau tanggapan yang mungkin terabaikan oleh empunya blog beken.

Respon komentar dengan posting

Anda mungkin memiliki schedule untuk melakukan posting. 1-2 posting per beberapa hari. Buatlah bonus posting yang berisi respon terhadap komentar. Cara ini mungkin efektif untuk membangun ikatan dengan pembaca.

Kabarkan dan biarkan mereka mengikuti

Twitter memungkinkan kita mengabari pembaca blog mengenai posting terakhir. Ini jelas bukan spam. ketika seseorang memilih kita untuk 'diikuti', berarti dia membuka diri untuk dikabari. Sampaikan bahwa anda membuat posting terbaru. Atau apapun yang anda mau sampaikan. Pagi ini saya mendapaikan kabar seperti ini : 'Medhy Mau dapat 75.000 kredit Entrecard gratis? Ada infonya di Blogguebo.com. :) about 1 hour ago from twhirl'. Kabar tersebut membuat saya tertarik untuk langsung datang ke TKP (blogguebo nya Mas Medhy)

Skribit Mungkin Bermanfaat

Saya pernah mengisi saran untuk bahan tulisan di beberapa blog tempat saya belajar. Isinya mengenai bahan tulisan yang sebaiknya diposting. Bayangkan betapa bergunanya fasilitas semacam itu. Kita tidak selalu kebanjiran ide menulis. Terkadang kita miskin bahan tulisan. Bagi kita yang kurang idenya lebih sering ketimbang banyaknya, Skribit mungkin membantu kita. Kita tentu lebih bergairah ngeblog ketika tahu bukan hanya kita yang membaca postingan blog. Jangan sampai ngeblog membuat anda merasa sendiri, seperti tersesat ditengah hutan.

Inti dari beraktifitas baik personal ataupun bisnis di media sosial adalah belajar mendengar. Siapapun kita tidak akan mendapatkan relasi tanpa punya pengunjung. Dan pengunjung tidak akan membangun ikatan dengan blog yang sama sekali tidak dibutuhkannya. Apalagi berpartisipasi. Jadi mendengar kebutuhan calon pengunjung itu penting.

Bagi bisnis, feedback berupa complain sekalipun dapat bernilai positif. Karena dapat menjadi bahan perbaikan organisasi. Karena dizaman informasi tumpah ruah. Seseorang ingin bertransaksi atas dasar masukan dari teman yang dipercaya, bukan dari orang asing yang berkata ‘ belilah ini! Program investasi ini dapat menghasilkan milyaran rupiah perbulan’.

Alhamdulillah, malam-malam ada yang main kerumah maya saya...
Padahal sudah ngantuk...
Ya, tapi namanya juga teman sesama newbie ya jadi saya juga main kerumahnya di mybloglog.

Blogger Unity for Human Rights !!!

Saya jadi teringat seruan Karl Marx kepada kaum buruh, 'Kaum Buruh Sedunia Bersatulah!'
Marx waktu itu menyeru kaum buruh untuk memperbaiki nasib melalui gerakan revolusi.

Hari ini suatu komunitas baru di dunia ini telah muncul yaitu kaum blogger.
Orang-orang yang bekerja sebagai jurnalis publik. Menyediakan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi publik. Memanfaatkan ruang publik, dan kebebasan berekspresi dan menyampaikan pendapat dimuka umum.

Sebelum berbicara mengenai Tibet, Guantanamo dan Darfur. Sebaiknya kita berbicara mengenai Hak hidup rakyat miskin dinegari kita, Indonesia. Apa benar kita hidup layaknya manusia merdeka dan hak-haknya terpenuhi?...

Mungkin itu pertanyaan ironis bagi kita. Pasalnya kita telah merdeka selama hampir 63 tahun.
Berikut fenomena-fenomena yang menandakan kita mungkin belum merasakan hak hidup yang layak:

Akses rakyat terhadap pendidikan

Kapitalisasi pendidikan membuat rakyat megap-megap. Pendidikan yang semakin mahal seakan mengantarkan kita kembali ke zaman penjajahan belanda. Dimana yang dapat bersekolah hanya para Kaum priyayi penjilat pantak kompeni dan anak-anak kompeni tentunya.

Semakin mahalnya biaya pendidikan membuat akses rakyat terhadap pendidikan semakin sulit. Kapan mereka akan mendapatkan penghidupan yang layak? yang sebenarnya dimandatkan kepada pemerintah, jika mereka tidak berpendidikan.

Akses terhadap kesehatan

Rakyat meninggal karena DBD, karena malaria, Bronchitis dll. Ketika harus datang kerumah sakit mereka takut harus bayar dimuka. Pasalnya rumah sakit takut mereka tidak bayar. Apakah ini sebuah tragedi? Ya, ini adalah tragedi kemanusiaan. Dimana rakyat merdeka mulai di kebiri hak-haknya atas nama pembangunan ekonomi dan investasi asing yang memaksa fasilitas publik bebas subsidi.

Rasanya kita sudah harus mulai bersuara...

Dari Bisnis Content Writer Menuju Paid Review Indonesia

Abis Nongkrongin blog CosaAranda.com, jadi dapet ide buat posting. Om Cosa pagi ini punya berita baru mengenai bisnis yang sudah berkembang di Indonesia, yaitu content writer. Menurut suhunya make money online ini, ( yang ngaku newbie di posting Menyusul Cosa Aranda , liat comment :) content writer sudah berkembang diluar negeri.

Bisnis ini bisa menjadi alternatif bagi mereka yang expert berbahasa inggris dan bisa saja membuka jasa menulis konten untuk orderan paid review. Kalau saya pikir kok tanggung ya... Maksudnya, para ahli make money Online sebagian sudah memodifikasi adsense untuk dibuat dalam bahasa Indonesia.

Mungkin saya yang ingusan belum berhak ikut-ikutan bikin prediksi, tapi tidak masalah yang penting ide tersalurkan. Lagian anak-anak boleh kok ikut make money online, kan namanya juga kidsense.

Apa yang menyebabkan paid review Indonesia bisa menjadi peluang bisnis online? Oke kita bahas satu persatu....

1. Potensi komunitas blogger

Blogger Indonesia sudah memiliki banyak komunitas. Gampangnya, banyak blog directory yang dikembangkan oleh blogger asli Indonesia. Ini berarti semangat untuk berkomunitas tinggi. dan alasan untuk masuk ke direktori adalah backlink, jadi pasti (atau tepatnya :mungkin) ada kaitannya dengan pagerank dan money online.

2. Pendatang baru di dunia blog

Ramalan bertambahnya blogger Indonesia bukan angan-angan kosong. Jika kita perhatikan banyak yang tertarik jadi blogger dengan niat apapun. Kalau para master make money online berusaha mengajarkan cari duit di internet (salah satunya dengan paid review) yang potensinya terbuka lebih besar jika blog berbahasa inggris. Kenapa tidak sekalian fasilitasi paid review dengan bahasa Indonesia? jadi pelajarannya bisa bertahap dan lebih konkrit.

3. Masih ada blogger yang Englishnya cas-cis-cus

Nah, keberadaan paid review Indonesia bisa membantu blogger ndeso seperti saya. Kalau nekad sok tau dengan english yang pas-pasan ya lumayan cape kali ya? minimal cape di reject. Kalau ada versi Indonesia, masa iya sih orang Indonesia ngga bisa bahasa Indonesia... :)

4. Blogger master jadi pioneer

Bagi para suhunya make money online di Indonesia, jelas bisa menjadi fasilitator bertemunya Advertiser dan Blogger (publisher) Indonesia. Tentunya para suhu sudah memiliki reputasi dan kredibilitas. Sehingga tidak akan lama mencari jaringan advertiser. Wong direct Advertiser aja bisa kok. Para jagoan cari $$$ inilah yang memulai, dan tentunya tercatat sebagai pioneer di Indonesia. Nanti ada tulisannya 'kami telah berpengalaman dalam usaha ini sejak tahun 2008' dan masuk Wikipedia :) hehe... Lumayan keren khan???
